The Smartmove Toy Drive returns this year to gather and distribute toys and other goods to local charities to help the less fortunate this Christmas. Following the success of last years drive, we will be re-opening the pop up shop on Wide Bargate in Boston 1st – 18th December where we will be accepting donations of new and used, good quality toys, non perishable goods and also pet food.

The pop up shop also features a beautiful Nativity display courtesy of Boston Baptist Church , and there will be a also be a small tombola running to raise money for Lincolnshire Roadside Memorial Gardens.

Gifts donated will be distributed to local charities to help make children’s dreams come true.

These include the children’s ward at Pilgrim Hospital, Trussell Trust Food Bank, Salvation Army, Boston and South Holland Domestic Abuse Service, Centrepoint Outreach and the Children’s Centre.

Others include Boston Women’s Centre, schools, domestic abuse services, Lincs Ark, Restore Church, Fit 4 Support, Homestart, Samaritans, Centenary Church and Citizens Advice.

The Toy Drive opens today next to Oxfam on Wide Bargate in Boston. Open daily 10am – 4pm.
